Welcoming Meatsmith to the hot list of Jakarta's dining scene, operated by the Burnt Ends Hospitality Group, which owns the one Michelin-starred restaurant of the same name. Strategically located in the Senopati area, Meatsmith Jakarta offers a relaxed and casual atmosphere, the perfect escapism for Jakarta's hustle and bustle.
 

The Burnt Ends Hospitality Group now has restaurants in Singapore, the Maldives and Doha. All the restaurants focus on wood fire cooking, offering a relaxed atmosphere where guests can dine with friends or family to enjoy thoughtfully prepared, tasty food made with the best available produce.

With the popularity of the brand in its hometown of Singapore, Meatsmith Jakarta will be its second international venture and its fourth branch worldwide. Bringing the city a vibrant new barbecue concept with a Michelin-star worthy dining experience. The menu also features exclusive dishes, made available only in Jakarta like: 14-hour smoked brisket with date purée, tahini dressing and watercress salad; 12-hour smoked beef short rib served with corn purée and sautéed corn topped with parsley salad and pickled red onion; and cold smoked grilled lobster served with smoked potato purée, crispy potato chips and agro dolce.

The bar is ideal for an aperitif as well as late-night revelries. The menu is complemented by a carefully curated international wine selection, craft beers, classic cocktails, and extensive spirit collections focusing on fine whiskies and bourbons.
