The Alana Hotel & Conference Center Sentul City Welcomes Reggie Kaihatu as the new Executive Chef

The Alana Hotel Sentul City is delighted to announce the appointment of Reggie Kaihatu as the new Executive Chef. Chef Reggie will be responsible for overseeing the menus and staff of operations at the main restaurant of the hotel, Vertikal Sky Lounge, the banquet kitchen, and in-room dining.
 

Prior to joining The Alana Hotel Sentul City, Chef Reggie most recently acted as Executive Chef at Sentul Highland Golf Club, Altitude Jakarta, and several five-star hotels. Chef Reggie brings more than 15 years of culinary experience to The Alana Hotel Sentul City.
