Celebrating the family holiday with Thanksgiving Sunday Brunch with an array of international and local cuisine, this brunch is completed with bountiful Thanksgiving menus at OPEN} Restaurant on Sunday, November 24, 2019 from 12 – 3 PM. This offer is priced at IDR 568,000++ per person and supplementary of IDR 400,000++ for free-flow alcoholic beverages per person. Featuring live acoustic band performance. Children can have access to kids pool and kids club, as well as fun kids activities. 

This festive day is opened with fresh selection of appetizers, some of them includes Chicken Ham Rolls with Celery Slaw, Roasted Pumpkin Salad with Cold Cuts and Turkey Salad with Marinated Pineapple. Bridging the meal is the creamy New York Chicken & Corn Chowder. Guests can savor delectable main courses with Mashed Garlic Sweet Potato, Harvest Vegetables, Sweet Potato Gratin, Turkey Lasagna, Louisiana Braised Seafood Rice and other delicious courses. The iconic Traditional Roasted Turkey with Apple and Sage Stuffing, together with the mouth-watering Roasted Prime Ribs, are served with sautéed red shallots, carrots with brown sugar, fennel seeds and completed with cranberry sauce & rosemary gravy. For more Western selections are Crunch Turkey Burger with Spicy Avocado Onion Dips, Coleslaw and Cheese, also Fish Fritters with Corn Batter & Lime Mayo.


 
Aside from that, Asian cuisines showcases its Japanese sushi, tempura, ramen and udon. The grill live-cooking station is ready with a variety of premium meats, including 120-day grain-fed striploin, beef rib eye, Australian lamb chop and mix satay, also assortments of fresh salmon and tuna. A wide range of local favorites is also available, from tasty Lontong Cap Gomeh to Pindang Salmon and Tongseng Kambing. Guests can also delight in the freshest, well-stocked seafood in town at the Seafood Bar section.
