Sriwijaya at The Dharmawangsa Jakarta is Set to Introduce its New Flavour

Sriwijaya has been delighted guests for more than a decade since its opening in 1997. It quickly became a culinary destination with atmosphere that evokes the stately tradition of fine dining in Jakarta with its perfect blend selection of Indonesian traditional dishes presented in an elegant way using French technique.  
 
As it moves forward to uphold its high standards and meet the needs of the guests, starting from April 22nd, 2019, Sriwijaya will introduce its new flavour showcasing nouvelle cuisine that stressed freshness, lightness, and clarity of flavour. The soft opening period towards the grand opening on July 7th 2019 will be marked by an exclusive series of dining experiences presented by Michelin Star Guest Chef Olivier Oddos from April 22nd to 25th, 2019.
 
 
Responsible for the innovative and impressive new cuisines are Executive Chef Felix Budisetiawan together with his award winning culinary team. The renovated menu boasting items such as NZ Mussel Fritters served with green leaves, chili aioli and potato frits, Lobster Platter consists of deep sea lobster, scallops, calamari, octopus, razor clam and mussels served with beurre-blanc sauce, US Porterhouse Steak and Japanese Ribeye Wagyu A5. Guests may also enjoy a selection of favorite classic Sriwijaya dishes such as Salade Gourmand Brie de Meux, Forest Mushroom Risotto and Roasted Turbot. 
 
 
Divided into 3 dining sections in refreshed look and vibes; main hall, private room and alfresco, Sriwijaya will accommodate maximum 42 diners per session.
