The reopening of Nautilus Bar at Four Seasons Jakarta takes guests into the world of Jules Verne’s 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea inspired menu. Designed by the award winning bartender, Alè and amplified by the atmosphere of Nautilus’ interior, the whole menu is a homage to the illustrious tale, composed of story-inspired elements and sustainable ingredients layered with modern mixology techniques and premium spirits. Apart from creating wholly original signature drinks, Alè also gave the classics exciting nautical twists.
One of the tributes includes Captain Nemo #1, dill-infused vodka mixed with homemade clamato juice, lemon juice and lemongrass syrup, garnished with celery and clam. Guests can also curate their own Gin&Tonic with artisanal gin, homemade tonic and fresh garnish. Alè and his team will be more than eager to guide curious adventurers into their world.
