To celebrate her 20th anniversary in Indonesia patisserie industry,  Ermey Trisniarty from Dapur Cokelat has recently launched a book titled “Dapur Cokelat Bercerita”. Through the virtual book launching, Ermey along with the author of the book, Asteria Elanda, shared their experience working together for “Dapur Cokelat Bercerita” and a snippet of this book.

“Dapur Cokelat Bercerita” is an inspirational journey of Ermey Trisniarty establishing Dapur Cokelat and as a successful business owner. Notable for Two Season Cake as its signature cake, Dapur Cokelat serves up a range of delectable and hand-crafted pastries which each bite shatters and then melts in the mouth. In addition, being the official partner of the State Palace of Republic of Indonesia is another successful achievement for Dapur Cokelat. In the future, Dapur Cokelat plans to open more outlets throughout Indonesia and in Singapore.
