The one-on-one virtual coaching allows interactive exercises focused on you alone, ensuring that you do the proper exercises and avoid injuries. You can reserve a session through the FITCO mobile app and receive a confirmation with a virtual meeting room link. Available sessions include yoga, Zumba, HIIT, and many more, with all including a warm-up and cooling down and the duration is adjusted to your preference. Aside from VirtuFIT, 20FIT also offers daily workouts from home videos and the upcoming Live Class options.
