Introducing the Palazzo Kitchen Table a unique and intimate dining venue at Aman Venice with themed dinners and culinary events. Overlooking the garden of the 16th century palazzo, the venue seats only ten dinners and hosts a state of the art Marrone + Mesubim integrated kitchen, and the only Teppan – a Japanese grill for cooking Teppanyaki style – in Venice. It's delicately decorated by the painter Matteo Bertelli with leaf motifs while also boasting its own wine cellar.
Appropriately named ‘Cook the Lagoon’, the private dinners at the Palazzo Kitchen Table will offer guests the opportunity to witness the chef's culinary interpretation of local ingredients. It's set up as live interactive cooking sessions, allowing guests to partake in the process of creating dishes inspired by the simplest and freshest of seasonal ingredients harvested from the Venetian lagoon and its islands. World-renowned chefs that will partake in the events include Executive Chef Dario Ossola and Executive Sous Chef Dario Boschetti along with visiting chefs Koji Aida from Paris’s only Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant, Alfredo Russo from the Dolce Stil Novo Restaurant and Davide Oldani of D’O near Milan.
