NEW A LA CARTE MENU AT NSNTR, MERCURE JAKARTA-PANTAI INDAH KAPUK

The tallest restaurant in Pantai Indah Kapuk unveils new a la carte menu with the “Indonesia and Beyond” concept. NSNTR Restaurant is evolving each day to satisfy guests coming from all culinary backgrounds.

Fresh produce and refined cooking technique take center stage as the indulgent menu features an extensive variety of international and locally-inspired dishes.

The refreshing menu embraces the fresh seafood, poultry and meat delicacies by incorporating the fresh market’s prawns, crab, barramundi fish, asparagus, king mushroom, tomatoes and fresh herbs, and aims to let the natural flavours of the ingredients speak for themselves. In addition, sizzling plates have been introduced to the menu, including Kangkung Hot Plate, Cah Daging Broccoli and more.

Roasted Apple Salad, Tomato Mozzarella Sandwich, Maple Plank Salmon, and Seared Polenta are great examples of dishes cooked the traditional way by the talented and experienced Executive Chef Agus Stiono.

NSNTR’s popular desserts have also received an upgrade, with the unique Avocado Fries, Apple Crumble and Smoothie Popsicles.
