Another Martell Pure Gourmet, this year the grand celebration was dedicated as a form of appreciation for its 300 years of existence. The event which took place in the Grand Ballroom of Grand Hotel Kempinski Jakarta Indonesia is entitled “Martell 300 Tricentenaire”.
To explore the sensation of Pure Gourmet Martell style, Martell presented Chef Valentino TenkerVindex, the Ambassador of the Art of Gastronomy Martell to Indonesia who collaborated with the Executive Chef of Hotel Indonesia Kempinski, Lucas Lommatzsch. For this special event, Chef Vindex’s dominating selection of his pure gourmet menu incorporated basic ingredients of Indonesian sea produce with a touch of French cuisine.
The celebration of Martell 300 Tricentenaire was marked by the launch of the Premier Assemblage Martell, Martell Cordon Bleu 1912, Martell XO Limited Editions, Martell Assemblage De 3 Millesimes, Martell Premier Voyage, specially created by Benoit Fil, Cellar Master Martell.
The guests were delightfully entertained by the appearances of Rio Febrian with musical accompaniment from Twilite Orchestra performances, fashion show from 3 of Indonesia’s top designers; Denny Wirawan, DedenSiswanto, and WiramaPratama.
