Q: What are the opportunities?

A: District 8 is setting a new level of lifestyle, a new level of products, new level of market, new level of service, premium materials are being used, big spaces, all coming together to create a feeling of well being.
Business-wise, it’s a work/living place under one roof with the necessary services to cater to all potential markets requiring premium and up-market facilities, making sure there is a good return on investment. The main objective is to deliver a one-stop service to all owners and tenants and an example of this is the client lounges in the apartment area that allow business meetings to be conducted more easily.
