W Taipei YEN Chinese Restaurant has launched “Enchanted Formosa!” designed by Chef Wo Hoi Ming, embracing the freshest Taiwan local and indigenous ingredients.

The Michelin-starred Executive Chef of YEN visited the wonderland of Taiwan-Taitung County to discover various indigenous food ingredients, such as aboriginal pigeon pea and rare spices. The menu includes “Steamed lobster with egg white, sea urchin in lobster bisque”, “Crispy noodle, scallop, seasonal greens with X.O. sauce” and “Grilled Australian M9 wagyu, white asparagus."
