The stations are Noodles & Pasta, Carving Station & Tamago Omelette, Vienoisseries & Rolls and Desserts. Highlights include the deliciously savory Singapore Prawn Mee Broth, Beef Wellington with Creme Mushroom Gravy, Crispy Pan-fried Chicken, along with Classic Quiche with Edamame and Sausages filling. Meanwhile according to Chef Akhmad, the grain bowls bar is especially designed for those craving for healthy menu.
Grains come with roasted vegetables, grilled tofu, crispy condiments and dressings. Don't miss out on the desserts, where you can make your own shaved ice Kakigori with local condiments. Top off your dining time with the soft, creamy yet silky Green Tea Panna Cota. As a "carnivore" himself, Chef Akhmad also recommended the Mustard Marinated Roasted Sirloin with grain-fed Australian beef.
