A fashion sociopreneur project, Ambah Batik, was recently launched showcasing their ready to wear collection for women and men’s collection to an exclusive audience. Ambah Batik is both for profit and social with 50% of the profit to be donated for charity and to empower select vocational students. Entiled "50 to 50 Merawat Tradisi Membagi Hati" the fashion show featured 48 looks showed in three sequences. A number of honorary government guests attended the event, including the minister of Manpower, Bekraf staff and the former minister of Industry, Saleh Husein.
