Welcoming the new Spanish chef, Alvaro Bonache Utiel to Sea Grain Restaurant & Bar, the casual dining establishment at DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta - Diponegoro. Following a 7-year culinary career in Europe and Asia, including at a 1 Michelin Star restaurant and five star hotels, Chef Alvaro now take the reins at Sea Grain Restaurant & Bar and creates new signature menu items with Spanish tapas, Italian pastas and pizzas along with ultimate grill experience, with handpicked, locally sourced ingredients of the best quality.

For a different kind of culinary treat, try the Magic Olives, green olive extract served on a spoon that will explode in your mouth. Spanish Salad is a balanced combination of anchovies and tuna belly with the fresh lettuce hearts and the unforgettably unique Romesco sauce.

Cheese lovers would love the homemade ricotta and pear tortellini topped with gorgonzola sauce, walnuts and port wine reduction.

Nothing brings the wow factor to your table more than the grilled, 200 days grain-fed Angus Tomahawk. It will be cut in front of you as you build up the appetite for this ultimate meal, served with citrus-y red rice and other side dish.

If you want the perfect sharing main course, Nasi-Grain is a traditional seafood Spanish rice called paella, authentically cooked based on Chef Alvaro's family recipe.

Other menus not to miss are Seafood Crispy Bomb, Sea & Land, Oyster Croquette, Prawn Mango Salad, plus the light and soft Ribs tapas with delightfully mild BBQ sauce.

Finally, the sweet and spicy combination of the Chocolate and Banana dessert, filled with chocolate mousse toffee banana and spicy chocolate sauce, will wrap your dining time nicely.
